Qualification: Graduate in any discipline

Key Responsibilities
Processing cashless and reimbursement health insurance claims
Scrutiny and verification of claim documents
Checking hospitalization records, medical bills and supporting documents
Verification of policy coverage, eligibility and claim requirements
Processing claims in accordance with policy terms, conditions and guidelines
Maintaining prescribed Turnaround Time (TAT) and quality standards
Identifying discrepancies and escalating potential Fraud, Waste & Abuse (FWA) cases
Maintaining accurate claim records and system updates
Preferred Skills
Experience in Health Insurance / TPA / Hospital Claims will be preferred
Knowledge of health insurance and medical terminology will be an advantage
Valuable analytical and documentation skills
Positive communication and coordination abilities
Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer applications
Ability to work in a target-oriented workplace
