We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist with robust SEO expertise to manage and optimize our digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in paid advertising (PPC) along with solid knowledge of SEO strategies to drive traffic, improve rankings, and maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other channels
Perform keyword research and implement on-page & off-page SEO strategies
Manage and improve website rankings and organic traffic
Conduct technical SEO audits and fix issues (site speed, indexing, crawl errors, etc.)
Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.
Optimize campaigns based on CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROI metrics
Develop and execute link-building strategies
Work closely with content and development teams for SEO-friendly implementation
A/B test ads, landing pages, and targeting strategies
Prepare regular performance reports and actionable insights





Required Skills & Qualifications:
2–3 years of experience in Performance Marketing + SEO
Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and PPC campaigns
Good understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
Knowledge of keyword research, competitor analysis, and content optimization
Basic understanding of HTML, website structure, and CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify)
Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills:
Experience with Google Tag Manager
Knowledge of conversion tracking & remarketing strategies
Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
Good communication and reporting skills
