Requirements
B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
Minimum 3 years' experience in an automotive quality department, with exposure to sheet metal components
IATF 16949 Internal Auditor certified
Core Responsibilities
Quality assurance for recent part development
Process audit, product audit, internal audit, and supplier audit
Customer complaint handling and resolution
Quality Control Tools (7 QC Tools & Core Tools)
APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning)
PPAP (Production Part Approval Process)
FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis)
SPC (Statistical Process Control)
MSA (Measurement System Analysis)
Control Plan
Technical & Software Skills
Knowledge of 2D and 3D drawings
AutoCAD – basic (optional)
SolidWorks
MS Office and email correspondence
Valuable written and spoken English
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
