Role Context:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Specialist to manage, process, and analyze data to support business operations and decision-making. The ideal candidate should have robust data handling skills, accuracy, and the ability to work with large datasets efficiently.

Responsibilities:
Collect, organize, and maintain structured and unstructured data from various sources
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across systems
Perform data cleaning, validation, and transformation
Generate reports, dashboards, and insights for internal stakeholders
Analyze data trends to support business decisions
Manage databases and update records regularly




Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements
Identify and resolve data discrepancies or issues
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive data

Skills and competencies:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data analysis)
Basic knowledge of SQL for data querying
Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI / Tableau)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Positive communication and documentation skills
