Purpose of the Position
The Land, Permit & Documentation Manager is responsible for managing all legal documentation, permits, and compliance related to land acquisition and project approvals. This includes conducting TSR documentation, drafting deeds, securing NOCs, managing rights acquisition, resolving disputes, and mitigating risks to ensure smooth project execution within timelines.

Land & Project Team (Functional reporting)
Finance & Business Development Teams

Land Aggregators
Legal Consultants
Government Authorities
Nodal Agencies (Revenue, Forest, Town Planning, Pollution Control Boards, etc.)
Profile
Qualification: Graduation in any stream; LLB preferred
Experience: 10 years in land acquisition, permits, and legal documentation for renewable projects
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities (KSAs):
Knowledge: Local laws related to land acquisition, permits, and renewable energy regulations
ICT Skills: MS Office
Other Skills: Robust negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Abilities: Critical thinking and proactive approach
Languages: English, Hindi, and local language proficiency
