Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day production activities for wires & cables manufacturing.
Ensure achievement of production targets as per quality and delivery requirements.
Monitor production processes, machine utilization, rejection and wastage.
Coordinate with PPC, Quality, Maintenance and Stores for smooth production operations.
Supervise shop-floor manpower and ensure adherence to Job Cards and process parameters.
Maintain production records and prepare MIS reports for management.
Skills Required
Cable Manufacturing, Production Operations, Shop Floor Management, Production Planning, Manpower Handling, Process Improvement, Quality & Safety Compliance.
Qualification
B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
Experience
7–8 years of relevant experience in the wires & cables industry.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
