About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and organized Warehouse Manager to oversee and coordinate day-to-day warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inventory management, stock movement, dispatch operations, team supervision, and maintaining effective warehouse processes.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
Manage inventory and ensure accurate stock records and timely stock reconciliation.
Monitor inward and outward movement of materials and maintain proper documentation.
Ensure appropriate storage, labeling, handling, and organization of stock.
Supervise warehouse staff, allocate responsibilities, and monitor team productivity.
Coordinate with procurement, logistics, sales, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Ensure accurate and timely order processing and dispatch.




Conduct regular physical stock checks and address discrepancies, damages, or shortages.
Maintain warehouse safety, cleanliness, security, and discipline.
Prepare and maintain regular reports related to inventory, dispatch, and warehouse operations.
Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and operational standards.
Identify operational gaps and implement measures to improve efficiency and reduce losses.

Candidate Requirements
Minimum Graduation from a recognized institution.
2–5 years of relevant experience in warehouse management, inventory, logistics, or operations.
Prior experience in team supervision and handling warehouse staff.
Valuable understanding of inventory control and warehouse processes.
Working knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer applications.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and work within deadlines.
