​About the Role

​Lumira Energy & Services is looking for a agile, results-driven Sales & Business Development Manager to spearhead our expansion in the solar energy and renewable sector across Lucknow and surrounding regions. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, building strong B2B/B2C relationships, and helping residential and commercial clients transition to sustainable solar power solutions (including PM Surya Ghar and UPNEDA-linked projects).

​Key Responsibilities
​Lead Generation & Conversion: Identify and target prospective residential, commercial, and institutional clients for rooftop solar installations.
​Client Consultation: Conduct site visits, assess power requirements, and pitch customized solar solutions (On-Grid, Hybrid, and Off-Grid systems).
​Channel Partnerships: Build and maintain strategic alliances with local distributors, sub-vendors,



and electrical contractors to expand our market reach.
​Subsidy & Documentation Guidance: Assist customers and partners through the technical documentation, survey, and subsidy processing workflow via official portals.
​Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by closing deals effectively and managing the sales pipeline.
​Market Research: Keep abreast of local competitor pricing, government solar policies, and emerging market trends in Uttar Pradesh.

​Key Requirements & Qualifications
​Experience: Proven experience of 1 to 3 years in direct sales, business development, or channel sales—preferably within the solar, renewable energy, or electrical sector.
​Education: Graduation/Diploma in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
​Skills:
​Solid negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
