Key Responsibilities:
Handle
end-to-end IT recruitment
, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
Understand hiring requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, databases, and other channels.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical skills, experience, and job requirements.
Conduct initial candidate discussions and coordinate technical/HR interviews.
Manage interview scheduling, follow-ups, feedback, and offer coordination.
Negotiate offers and ensure smooth candidate closure.




Coordinate with candidates throughout the
notice period and joining process
.
Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
Meet hiring targets and ensure positions are closed within the required timelines.

Required Skills:
6 months to 1.6 years of experience in
IT recruitment/end-to-end recruitment
.
Robust understanding of the complete recruitment lifecycle.
Good knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and candidate screening.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple requirements and work in a target-driven workplace.
Candidates willing to work from
Hyderabad
are preferred.
