Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Area Sales Manager to drive sales and expand our market presence in the architectural glass segment. The role involves building solid relationships with architects, façade consultants, construction companies, curtain wall glazing contractors, window manufacturers, and glass railing fabricators to increase sales of premium glass products including Tempered Glass, Insulated Glass Units (IGU), Heat-Soaked Glass, and Laminated Glass.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the architectural and façade industry.
Develop networks with architects, façade consultants, builders, and glazing contractors.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and technical discussions.
Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Follow up on leads, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
Stay updated on façade/glass trends, competitor products, and industry developments.
Coordinate with technical, production, logistics,



and quality teams for client satisfaction.

Experience & Background
Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Architecture, or related fields (MBA preferred).
Minimum 4 years of B2B/project sales or business-development experience in architectural glass, window systems, or related building material industries.
Must own a 2-wheeler or 4-wheeler for client visits and travel.
Immediate joiners preferred.

Skills & Competencies
Solid sales and negotiation skills with proven building materials sales record.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Knowledge of architectural glass products, façade systems, and construction practices.
Ability to influence key stakeholders.
Self-motivated and result-oriented, comfortable with frequent travel.

Language Requirements
Fluent English (mandatory)
Hindi/ Telugu (preferred/ robust advantage)

Pay: From ₹60,000.00 per m
