We are seeking a proactive Technical Coordinator to manage and streamline the coordination of technical projects, ensuring smooth communication between technical teams, clients, and other stakeholders. Skill and qualification
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience: 2 to 4 years of experience in project coordination or technical support roles, preferably in a technical workplace.
Technical Knowledge: Understanding of software development processes, IT infrastructure, or other technical domains (specific knowledge based on industry).
Project Management Tools: Experience with project management tools like Jira, Trello, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
Strong Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to facilitate smooth communication between technical and non-technical teams.
Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically, troubleshoot issues, and escalate as necessary.
Time Management: Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
