Role Description:

This is a full time role for a Project Manager to handle multiple project sites. Responsible for overall deliverable of the Project ensuring adherence to project specifications & meet delivery timelines with Safety & Quality.

Qualification: Graduate in Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering

Experience: 10 to 12 years of relevant experience in Piping projects execution.

Key Skills:
Technical knowledge about Gas Distribution system, Utility Piping System, Drain Piping and Fire Hydrant / Sprinkler Piping and Alarm System.
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in coordination with Site Engineers, and Sub vendors & internal/external project team.

Key Responsibilities:
Planning Develop project plans & Schedules considering project deliverables, timelines and resource allocation,



Site Mobilization and Project Kick-off.
Handling Site Engineers, Safety Officers and Site Work execution team / sub-contractors for smooth delivery of projects
Coordinate with internal and external Design team to Review Drawings, finalize BOQ and Technical Data Sheets Submission to Consultants and Approval
Coordinate with Purchase Team for Materials Ordering and Delivery to Site and Support Accounts Team for RA Bills / Invoice Submission
Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and specifications related to piping engineering, ensuring appropriate documentation, impact assessment, and coordination with relevant parties.
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies related to piping construction, ensuring the safety, quality, and timely completion of the project.
