The Business Development Manager (BDM) - Artize serves as the Jaquar Brand Ambassador within the assigned territory, focusing on educating and engaging architects and interior designers. This role aims to establish Artize as the preferred choice by highlighting the USPs and advantages of complete range of Artize. The BDM will build robust relationships with key decision-makers, promote recent products, organize special events, and ensure business conversion through strategic follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities
Present the Artize brand vision , scale and its collaborations with renowned architects and interior designers
Articulate the distinct advantages and USPs of the complete artize product portfolio to both architects and their esteemed clients
Actively promote current luxury product concepts and latest launches of artize to the wider architect fraternity.
Drive and achieve assigned revenue generation goals across all artize product verticals
Oversee, nurture and convert both CRM & CLA architect and designer accounts within your specified territory.




Consistently conduct the mandatory minimum number of assigned influencers meetings.
Implement a strict 20 days post event follow up window with all architect attendees to successful transaction engagement into commercial projects and sales conversions
Track the status of leads passed on from other verticals (such as OC, JW, Atelier) & team members team and coordinate follow-up actions
Cohesively collaborate with internal teams such as projects, hospitality, GIS, etc. for leads and execution
Ensure daily DCR (Daily Call Report) submissions
Ensure prompt availability of company collaterals, literature, CDs, and other informational tools to architects
Address specific queries and provide assistance to Architects and key-decision makers regarding Artize products and services
Follow up on escalated issues and revert to architects once resolved
Organize visits to Atelier and manufacturing plants for arc
