Job Summary:
We are seeking a qualified and dedicated Assistant Professor – General Surgery to join our medical college and teaching hospital. The candidate will be responsible for undergraduate/postgraduate teaching, clinical services, surgical procedures, academic activities, and patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct undergraduate and postgraduate teaching.
Provide clinical and surgical services to patients.
Perform surgical procedures as per expertise and institutional protocols.
Participate in emergency and on-call duties.
Conduct ward rounds, OPD consultations,



and pre/post-operative care.
Participate in academic meetings, seminars, case discussions, and CMEs.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records.
Participate in research and departmental academic activities.
Ensure compliance with NMC and institutional guidelines.

Eligibility:
MBBS from an NMC-recognized institution.
MS/DNB in General Surgery from a recognized institution.
Valid medical registration.
Teaching/clinical experience as per applicable NMC norms preferred.
