Stargaze Properties is a growing real estate company focused on providing quality residential and land investment opportunities in and around Pune. We are looking for an energetic, well-spoken and customer-focused Receptionist & Telecaller to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

Reception & Front Office
Greet and welcome clients and visitors professionally.
Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate team members.
Maintain visitor records and basic front-office documentation.
Coordinate client appointments and office meetings.
Handle day-to-day reception and administrative activities.
Maintain a professional and welcoming office workplace.





Telecalling & Customer Follow-up
Make outbound calls to leads generated through digital marketing and other sources.
Understand customer requirements regarding property/land investment.
Provide basic information about company projects, locations and offers.
Follow up with prospective customers through calls and WhatsApp.
Schedule site visits and office meetings with interested clients.
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups and customer responses.
Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion and site visits.
Follow up with clients after site visits and assist the sales team in further communication.
Achieve assigned daily/weekly calling and follow-up targets.

Candidate Requirements
Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi and Marathi.
Confident and pleasant personality.
Valuable telephone etiquette and customer-handling skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel and WhatsApp.
