Engage directly with clients to understand business challenges and requirements.
Conduct business analysis, process mapping, and automation prospect assessments.
Design, develop, and implement automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
Build and maintain solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps, AI Builder, and related technologies.
Translate business requirements into scalable and practical solutions.
Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder discussions.
Perform automation feasibility and risk assessments.
Prepare solution documentation, process flows, and implementation recommendations.
Collaborate with internal teams and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
Continuously explore, learn, and implement emerging AI, automation, and productivity technologies.
