Position Details
Job Title: AR Caller US Healthcare
Location: Chennai
Experience: 2 to 4 Years (Experience in Denials Management with End to End RCM Process mandatory)
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Shift: Night Shift (US Process)
Transport: Two-way cab facility provided

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to US insurance companies for claim follow-ups.
Work on denied, pending, and unpaid claims.
Analyze AR reports and take appropriate action.




Handle end-to-end AR calling for US healthcare RCM, including Workers Compensation, Auto Insurance, and Commercial Insurance claims.
Perform payer follow-up, claim status checks, denial management, underpayment analysis, and payment resolution.
Handle appeals end-to-end, including denial review, documentation, appeal submission, and follow-up until resolution.

Eligibility Criteria
Any Bachelor's Degree.
Experience in AR Calling with End to End RCM Process
Valuable English communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to work in the US night shift.
