Key Responsibilities
PCB assembly and component verification.
Quality verification and incoming inspection of components/units.
Unit Assembly Testing and final testing of UPS systems.
Check the Bill of Materials (BOM) & verify item specifications.
Auditing ESD checklist and Earthing compliance across assembly lines.
Conduct quality checks on operator assembly processes.
Perform repair tech duties and component troubleshooting.
Handling the production assembly and maintaining detailed tracking records.
Qualifications & Requirements
BE / B Tech / M Tech in Electrical & Electronics Engineering / Electrical Engineering.
0 to 3 years of hands-on experience in electrical testing, PCB assembly, or UPS testing.
Knowledge of ESD safety standards, earthing verification, and BOM auditing.
Robust troubleshooting skills for analog and digital electrical circuits.
