Job Summary

EXL Digital is looking for an experienced \Microsoft Power Platform – Tech Lead\ to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade Power Platform, Code Apps, automation, and AI-powered solutions.

The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on experience with \Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, AI Builder, Power Automate Desktop, Dataverse, React.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, PCF Controls, GitHub Copilot, and Computer Use Agents\.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the \design, development, and delivery\* of enterprise-grade Microsoft Power Platform solutions.

Design and develop \Code Apps and custom business applications\* using contemporary development frameworks.

Build \AI-powered automation solutions\* using Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, AI Builder, GitHub Copilot, and Computer Use Agents.

Develop custom and AI-powered solutions using \React.js, TypeScript, JavaScript,



and PCF Controls\*.

Work with \Power Automate Desktop\* to build and manage enterprise automation solutions.

Leverage \Dataverse\* for application data management and integration.

* Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable technical solutions.

* Provide technical leadership, architecture guidance, code reviews, and best practices to development teams.

* Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
