About the Role

Karofi India is looking for a creative, proactive, and execution-focused Influencer & Activation Executive to join our marketing team.

You’ll be responsible for managing influencer campaigns, building creator relationships, executing brand activations and events, and creating consumer engagement prospects that strengthen Karofi’s presence in the Indian market.

What You’ll Do

Influencer Marketing
Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers and content creators.
Manage influencer outreach, negotiations, briefs, deliverables, and timelines.
Coordinate product seeding and influencer gifting campaigns.
Track influencer content, engagement, reach, and campaign performance.
Build long-term relationships with creators.

Brand Activations & Events
Plan and execute on-ground brand activations and consumer engagement initiatives.
Coordinate with agencies, vendors, event partners, and internal teams.




Support product demonstrations, sampling activities, exhibitions, and retail activations.
Manage event logistics and ensure smooth execution.
Evaluate activation performance and prepare post-event reports.

Campaigns & Partnerships
Work with marketing, social media, design, and content teams on integrated campaigns.
Develop influencer briefs and coordinate content approvals.
Identify potential brand partnerships and collaboration opportunities.
Stay updated on influencer, social media, and experiential marketing trends.

Analytics & Reporting
Track campaign metrics such as reach, engagement, views, clicks, and conversions.
Monitor campaign budgets and spends.
Prepare influencer and activation performance reports.
Identify opportunities to improve campaign ROI.

What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Mass Media, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in
