IT Recruiter / Technical Recruiter

Key Responsibilities
Understand client requirements and prepare sourcing strategies for IT positions.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and internal databases.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on technical skills, experience, and job fit.
Conduct initial HR and technical screening interviews.
Coordinate technical interviews with clients and hiring managers.
Schedule interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
Negotiate salary, notice period, and employment terms with candidates.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process until onboarding.
Maintain an updated candidate database and ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Ensure timely closures while meeting recruitment KPIs and SLAs.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment reports.




Coordinate documentation, background verification, and onboarding activities.
Stay updated with current IT technologies, market trends, and salary benchmarks.
Maintain robust relationships with clients, hiring managers, and candidates.

Required Skills
Strong understanding of IT technologies and technical job roles.
Experience with sourcing tools such as Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Foundit, Indeed, and Boolean Search.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven setting.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Knowledge of ATS, MS Excel, and recruitment metrics.
