About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Machine Learning Engineer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in developing, training, and deploying machine learning models. The ideal candidate should have a robust foundation in Machine Learning, Python, Deep Learning, and practical knowledge of Quantum Computing / Quantum Machine Learning (QML).

Key Responsibilities
Develop, train, evaluate, and optimize machine learning models for real-world applications.
Work with structured and unstructured datasets, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
Implement machine learning and deep learning algorithms using Python.
Develop and maintain ML pipelines for model training, testing, and deployment.
Research and explore Quantum Computing and Quantum Machine Learning techniques and their practical applications.
Work with quantum computing frameworks such as Qiskit, PennyLane, or Cirq.
Explore hybrid classical–quantum machine learning approaches.




Collaborate with software engineers, data scientists, and business teams to integrate ML solutions into applications.
Monitor model performance and continuously improve accuracy, scalability, and efficiency.
Stay updated with the latest developments in Machine Learning, AI, and Quantum Computing.

Required Skills
2–3 years of professional experience in Machine Learning / AI.
Strong programming skills in Python.
Positive understanding of supervised and unsupervised machine learning algorithms.
Hands-on experience with Scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy, and related ML libraries.
Knowledge of Deep Learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, and evaluation.
Understanding of Quantum Computing fundamentals such as qubits, quantum gates, quantum circuits, and quantum algorithms.
