Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain efficient production schedules based on order requirements, available resources, and capacity.
Coordinate across multiple departments (merchandising, purchasing, production, quality control) to ensure timely material and resource availability.
Adapt plans swiftly in response to material sourcing changes, delays, or unforeseen production issues.
Clearly communicate schedules, targets, and changes with managers, supervisors, and management.
Resolve bottlenecks and production-related challenges decisively.




Analyze production data for delays and can change plan dynamically
Generate regular reports on production outputs and plan

Preferred Candidate Profile
Bachelors degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 8 years of industry experience, preferably with exposure to production planning in garment/textile or related sectors.
Proven analytical skills; proficiency with production planning tools is a must.
Assertive communicator with outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
