Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for Engineering and Technical roles across industries such as:
Oil & Gas / EPC
Aerospace / Aircraft
Mechanical Engineering
Manufacturing
Mining & Metals
Automotive
Heavy Engineering
Power & Renewable Energy
Should have strong experience in hiring white-collar engineering professionals such as Design Engineers, Mechanical Engineers, Electrical Engineers, Instrumentation Engineers, Project Engineers, Production Engineers, Quality Engineers, Maintenance Engineers and similar technical roles.
Source suitable candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, databases and other sourcing channels.
Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, industry exposure, location and compensation.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders/client SPOCs throughout the recruitment cycle.




Schedule interviews and ensure regular candidate follow-up until selection.
Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular updates on assigned positions.
Build and maintain a solid pipeline of candidates for niche and recurring engineering requirements.
Should be comfortable working on multiple requirements and meeting recruitment targets.

Mandatory Requirements
05 years of recruitment experience.
Must have recruitment experience in at least one core engineering domain, preferably:
Oil & Gas, Aerospace/Aircraft, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Mining, Automotive, Heavy Engineering, Power or Renewable Energy.
Robust exposure to white-collar/technical engineering hiring is mandatory.
Should have a positive understanding of engineering skills, job titles and candidate profiles.
Good sourcing and candidate screening skills.
Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Should be able to communicate reasonably
