Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst (BA) / Online Bidder who can generate business through online bidding portals such as:
Upwork
Freelancer
Guru
Fiverr
PeoplePerHour
Other freelancing platforms

This is a target-based role, and the candidate will be responsible for acquiring new projects and clients for the company.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and bid on relevant projects on Upwork, Freelancer, and other portals
Write customized proposals based on client requirements
Communicate with clients via chat/call to understand project scope
Convert leads into long-term clients
Coordinate with technical team (Developers & SEO team)
Maintain bidding records and daily reports




Achieve monthly revenue targets

Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience in bidding on Upwork / Freelancer portals
Good understanding of Website Development & SEO services
Robust written and verbal English communication skills
Ability to analyze client requirements
Basic knowledge of WordPress, WooCommerce, SEO is a plus
Self-motivated and target-driven

Performance Expectations
Daily bidding activity

Client conversion ratio maintenance

Salary & Benefits
₹6,000 – ₹15,000 per month (Based on experience & performance)
