Experience: Minimum 1 year as a Store Manager / Store Handler in QSR or Restaurant Operations
Location: Chennai & Bangalore
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day store operations and team performance.
Drive sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
Manage and understand store P&L; mandatory.
Control food cost, inventory, wastage, and manpower cost.
Ensure food quality, hygiene, safety, and SOP compliance.
Train and manage the restaurant team.
Handle customer complaints and maintain service standards.
Manage cash, stock, audits, and daily reporting.
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Store Manager / Store Handler.
Hands-on experience in managing store P&L; is mandatory.
QSR / restaurant experience preferred.
Solid leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Target-oriented and customer-focused.
Comfortable working in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
