We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement/Purchase Executive to manage the company’s purchasing activities. The role involves sourcing vendors, negotiating contracts, ensuring timely delivery of materials, and maintaining cost efficiency without compromising quality.
Key Responsibilities
Identify reliable vendors and suppliers, request quotations, and evaluate offers.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts to ensure cost-effective procurement.
Prepare Purchase Orders (POs) and maintain accurate procurement records.
Ensure timely delivery of materials and track inventory levels.
Coordinate with project/site teams to understand material requirements.
Verify supplier bills and forward to accounts for timely payment processing.
Maintain vendor database and build strong supplier relationships.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement standards.
Monitor market trends and suggest cost-saving opportunities.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in procurement/purchase (preferably construction/infrastructure).
Robust negotiation and vendor management skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and ERP/purchase software.
Positive communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
