Exenture Life Safety India Pvt. Ltd. is expanding its \Building Management System (BMS) and Life Safety business\ and is looking for \3–4 energetic Sales & Technical Engineers\ to strengthen our presence across \North India\.

We are looking for candidates who can combine \technical understanding with sales and business development skills\.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development

Identify and develop current prospects for \BMS, IBMS and Life Safety solutions\*.

Develop relationships with \consultants, developers, MEP contractors, system integrators and end clients\*.

* Conduct client meetings, product presentations and technical demonstrations.

* Generate leads, manage sales opportunities and support business closure.

* Prepare quotations, follow-ups, negotiations and support order conversion.




Technical Sales & Presales

* Understand customer requirements and propose suitable BMS solutions.

Prepare \BOQs, technical proposals, compliance sheets and system architectures\*.

* Support consultants and clients with technical clarifications and product specifications.

Understand BMS integration with \HVAC, electrical, energy meters and other building systems\*.

* Coordinate with technical teams for solution design, costing and proposals.

* Participate in tenders, pre-bid meetings and technical discussions.
Project & Technical Support

* Coordinate with project and engineering teams during project execution.

* Support installation, testing and commissioning activities when required.

* Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.

* Ensure smooth coordination between customers, sales and technical teams.
