Undergraduate/Graduate Require for Customer Support of International Ecommerce Process.

Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 6 months of customer service experience (on paper mandatory)
Positive communication skills in English and Hindi
Minimum qualification: 10+2 or above
Comfortable working in rotational shifts
Immediate joiners preferred

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries and provide timely resolutions.
Assist customers with concerns related to:
Wrong items received
Delayed deliveries
Damaged products
Refunds and replacements
Order status and general inquiries
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through qualified and empathetic interactions.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
Follow company processes and quality standards while addressing customer concerns.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per hour
