Skills
Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft 365.
Basic computer hardware and software troubleshooting.
Basic knowledge of LAN, Wi-Fi, IP addressing, switches, and internet connectivity.
Ability to troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other peripherals.
Basic understanding of servers, NAS, backup, antivirus, and endpoint security.
Ability to provide first-level support for ERP and other business applications.
Positive documentation and record-keeping skills.
Valuable communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to coordinate with users and external vendors.
