Manage the day-to-day administrative and accounting operations of the organization.
Maintain and update books of accounts, financial records, and supporting documents.
Handle income, expenses, payments, receipts, and general accounting transactions.
Manage accounts payable and receivable, including payment follow-ups.
Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, vouchers, receipts, and payment records.
Monitor cash flow, petty cash, and daily financial transactions.
Handle bank transactions, bank reconciliation, and related documentation.
Prepare monthly financial reports and account statements for management.
Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, vendors, and clients when required.
Ensure timely completion of GST, TDS, and other statutory accounting requirements.
Maintain proper records for salary, reimbursements, advances, and employee-related payments.
Monitor and control office expenses and administrative budgets.
Manage office purchases, stationery, equipment, assets, and inventory.
Coordinate office maintenance, facilities, utilities,



and service providers.
Maintain proper documentation for company assets and administrative expenses.
Handle vendor management, quotations, purchase orders, and payment coordination.
Ensure all administrative and financial documents are properly filed and maintained.
Monitor outstanding client payments and pending vendor payments.
Assist management with budgeting, cost control, and financial planning.
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures.
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of financial and company information.
Prepare MIS and management reports as required.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth administrative and financial operations.
Identify accounting or administrative issues and take appropriate corrective action.
Support management in overall office administration and operational decision-making.
