Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Healthcare Recruiter with prior experience in recruiting doctors or healthcare professionals.

The role involves independently managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to interview coordination, offer negotiation, and joining.

The ideal candidate should have a robust understanding of healthcare recruitment, be comfortable speaking with senior doctors and hospital stakeholders, and have the ability to manage multiple active requirements simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for specialist doctors and other healthcare professionals




Source and headhunt candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, databases, referrals, and direct outreach
Screen candidates based on qualifications, experience, location preferences, salary expectations, and availability
Conduct initial candidate discussions and assess suitability for specific roles
Coordinate interviews between doctors and hospital or healthcare clients
Manage salary discussions, offer negotiations, documentation, and joining coordination
Build and maintain solid pipelines of doctors across multiple specialties and locations

Requirements
Minimum 1+ years of experience in recruiting doctors, healthcare staffing, or healthcare recruitment
Prior experience handling doctor hiring is strongly preferred
Good understanding of medical specialties, qualifications such as MD, MS, DNB, DM, MCh, and MBBS, and healthcare roles
Robust sourcing and headhunting skills
