Design forging dies, punches, inserts and related tooling using AutoCAD / SolidWorks / Creo or equivalent software.
Develop die designs based on component drawings, forging process and material requirements.
Prepare 2D drawings, 3D models and detailed tool drawings for manufacturing.
Coordinate with Die Shop, Production, Quality and Tool Room for die development and modifications.
Incorporate die design changes based on production trials, tool wear and quality issues.
Support die trial, troubleshooting and correction activities.
Maintain die drawings, revision records and technical documentation.
Ensure designs meet required dimensions, tolerances and forging process requirements.
Optimize die design for improved tool life,



productivity and reduced rejection.

Required Skills
Positive knowledge of forging die design and manufacturing processes.
Knowledge of forging components, die materials, allowances, parting lines and machining requirements.
Proficiency in CAD software.
Ability to read engineering and component drawings.
Problem-solving and analytical skills.
Positive coordination with production and tool-room teams.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
