About the Role

Enovexa Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team at Edappally. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building robust client relationships, and contributing to the company’s growth and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business leads through calls, emails, networking, referrals, and other channels.
Research potential clients and understand their business requirements.
Contact prospective clients, introduce company services, and schedule meetings.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Conduct client meetings and presentations to understand requirements and propose suitable solutions.
Follow up with leads and prospects throughout the sales cycle.
Prepare quotations, proposals,



and other business-related documents.
Negotiate with clients and assist in converting leads into successful business prospects.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, meetings, and sales activities.
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly business development targets.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role is preferred.
Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also be considered.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to identify opportunities and convert prospects into clients.
