Role: Sr. Manager- Marketing & Product Development (Chemical Industry Candidate Only)

Experience: 10 Years+

Role & responsibilities :
Leading Marketing activities across all product lines. This will include the following but not limited to:
Agency Engagement
Concept Notes
White Paper
Authored articles
Digital SEO/SEM
Website Promotion Brand Building / Lead captures
Social Media Linkedin, Trade platforms
Magazines & Publications Including Export markets
Trade Shows & Events – Participation for brand awareness and Lead Generation both domestic as well as export market
Customer Innovation Day – Focused on FOS for current applications and existing
Sales Enablement Tools – Product Information Sheet, multi-language translations, release updates and compliance
Distributor Support – Digital collaboration through cobranding and developing assets for promotions and awareness building
POS collaterals – Develop sampling kits for FOS,



POS for categories like Sodakarb & Alkakarb for traders and distributors
Segment Focused Sales Decks – Introduction – New Customer, Distributor Training, Application Specific sales aids
PPDG – For product and pack labeling and compliance for all existing and recent SKUs. Competitive benchmarking
Market Research Reports & competitive benchmarking
Product Development
Identifying white spaces
Customer Insights and Chance sizing
Developing Value Proposition and Pricing
Collaborate with agencies for market research
Collaborate with R&D;, regulatory, legal and finance for capex or opex estimates
