Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers in selecting ethnic men’s wear based on their requirements and preferences.
Drive sales and achieve monthly store targets.
Handle client interactions and provide excellent customer service.
Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure the store is well-maintained.
Handle staff coordination, attendance, and staff timings.
Monitor daily sales, customer enquiries, and store activities.
Ensure proper display, arrangement, and availability of merchandise.
Build robust relationships with customers and encourage repeat business.

Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in ethnic men’s wear / fashion retail.
Excellent English communication skills – mandatory.
Good customer-handling and sales skills.
Tech-savvy and comfortable using basic digital tools and applications.
Valuable leadership, coordination, and team-handling abilities.
Well-groomed, confident, and presentable personality.
Solid interest in fashion and ethnic menswear

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
