Key Responsibilities
Develop creative concepts, campaign creatives, digital/social media creatives, brochures, presentations, and marketing collaterals.
Apply robust knowledge of typography, layout, composition, colour, and visual hierarchy.
Manage multiple projects and deliverables while meeting deadlines.
Create and edit videos, reels, motion graphics, and promotional content.
Stay updated with design trends, digital trends, and emerging AI technologies.
Leverage AI tools for image and video generation to enhance creative output.

Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in Graphic Designing, preferably in Real Estate industry.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro & After Effects.
Strong understanding of graphic design and visual communication.
Valuable video editing and motion graphics skills.
Solid multitasking, time-management, and problem-solving abilities.
Creative mindset with attention to detail and consistency.
AI-based creative/video generation experience is an added advantage.
Real estate, advertising, or agency experience is preferred.
