-Define Power BI solution architecture aligned with Group standards
Design performant data models (star schema, DAX optimization)
Contribute to platform evolution (Power BI Premium / Fabric, gateways, workspace governance)
C. Industrialization & Run Readiness
Drive transition from development to production
Implement BI DevOps best practices (versioning, CI/CD Power BI, ALM Toolkit)
Ensure operational stability and solution maintenance
D. Team Leadership
Lead and mentor Power BI Developers, Data Analysts, and Reporting Engineers
Coordinate with:
Product Owners and business stakeholders
Data Office / Governance teams
Platform and data engineering teams
E. Governance & Compliance
Ensure compliance with:
Data governance frameworks (definitions, certifications, lineage)
Security standards (RLS, access management)
Group architecture and deployment standards
