Key Responsibilities
Lead overall plant operations including Production, Maintenance, Quality, EHS, Utilities and Warehouse.
Drive production planning, productivity, capacity utilisation and operational efficiency.
Monitor plant KPIs including yield, wastage, downtime, OEE, cost and productivity.
Ensure preventive maintenance, equipment reliability and uninterrupted plant operations.
Manage manpower, shift planning, performance and workforce productivity.
Lead audits, CAPA, risk management and corrective/preventive actions.
Develop a robust culture of safety, discipline, accountability and continuous improvement.

Candidate Profile
Degree/Diploma in Food Technology, Dairy Technology, Mechanical, Chemical, Production Engineering or related field.
1015+ years of experience in plant/manufacturing operations, preferably in the food, protein, meat, dairy or FMCG industry.
Proven experience managing large-scale plant operations and cross-functional teams.
Solid knowledge of production, maintenance, quality, EHS and cost management.
