Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior HR Executive to join our HR team. This is an entry-level prospect for fresh graduates who are interested in building a career in Human Resources. The selected candidate will receive guidance and hands-on exposure to recruitment, employee onboarding, HR documentation, attendance, and day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with recruitment and candidate sourcing.
Screen resumes and coordinate interviews.
Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules and updates.
Assist with employee onboarding and joining formalities.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Assist with attendance and leave management.
Support daily HR administrative activities.
Respond to basic employee queries and coordinate with relevant departments.




Assist in preparing HR reports and maintaining Excel records.
Support employee engagement activities and other HR initiatives.
Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.

Eligibility
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Freshers with 0 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
Valuable verbal and written communication skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
Positive organizational and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to learn HR processes and develop professionally.
Positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team

Pay: ₹14,999.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
