Job Responsibilities
Create engaging social media posts, reels, posters, banners, brochures and promotional creatives for the hospital.
Design creatives for health awareness campaigns, doctor profiles, events and hospital services.
Maintain consistency with Bawa Hospital’s brand guidelines, colours and visual identity.
Coordinate with the Marketing and Management teams to understand design requirements.
Handle multiple design requirements and deliver work within timelines.
Prepare designs suitable for both digital platforms and printing.
Make revisions based on feedback and ensure quality output.
Skills Required
Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator or CorelDRAW.
Solid creativity and visual communication skills.
Positive understanding of typography, layouts, colours and branding.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Healthcare/hospital design experience will be an advantage.
Salary: ₹15,000–₹25,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
