Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Odoo Developer to join our team and build reliable, scalable, and high-quality ERP solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Odoo development, customization, and integration, along with a valuable understanding of business processes. You will work closely with functional consultants, project managers, and clients to deliver solutions that meet business requirements.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules based on business requirements.
Develop new features and enhance existing Odoo applications.
Customize standard Odoo modules including Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Manufacturing, HR, CRM, Accounting, and other business applications.
Integrate Odoo with third-party systems using REST APIs, XML-RPC, and other integration methods.
Create and maintain custom reports, workflows, dashboards, and automated processes.
Write clean, efficient, reusable, and well-documented Python code following best practices.
Optimize application performance and troubleshoot technical issues.




Perform unit testing, debugging, and code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Work closely with functional consultants to understand client requirements and provide technical solutions.
Participate in Odoo version upgrades, database migration, and deployment activities.
Maintain technical documentation for developed modules and customizations.
Stay updated with the latest Odoo features, technologies, and development standards.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
1.5 to 2 years of hands-on experience in Odoo development.
Solid expertise in Python, Odoo Framework, and PostgreSQL.
Experience in developing custom Odoo modules and extending existing modules.
Valuable understanding of Odoo ORM, QWeb, XML, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Experience working with REST APIs, JSON, and third-party system integrat
