;Responsibilities:

;Revenue Growth:
;Own and deliver regional revenue targets across e-Auction (service charges) and Membership verticals.
;Build and manage a robust pipeline of recent clients through online research, field visits, and networking.
;Ensure 100% renewal of existing client contracts and maintain long-term relationship continuity.
;Actively identify, engage, and close deals with prospective buyers and sellers.
;Meet annual targets broken down into quarterly, monthly, and weekly milestones.
;Cultivate auction opportunities in recent product categories: assess market demand, onboard buyers and sellers, and launch pilots to learn and establish recent markets for the business.

;Client Auction Management:
;Co-plan and oversee auction execution with clients, in close collaboration with the operations team.
;Conduct regular market analysis to ensure benchmark pricing for sellers, buyers, and clients.




;Address client needs proactively and resolve escalations quickly to maintain satisfaction and retention.
;Plan, monitor, and optimize listed auctions to improve conversion rates.
;Team Leadership
;Lead, mentor, and enable BD executives to achieve their qualitative and quantitative targets.
;Set clear, streamlined processes for the team to consistently hit goals.
;Distribute auction and business targets across the team; monitor progress and course-correct as needed.
;Identify and develop future leadership talent within the team; delegate responsibilities to build capability.
;Strategy Market Intelligence
;Track competitor activity and market trends; translate insights into actionable BD strategies.
;Conduct field visits, gather market feedback, and share findings with senior leadership.
;Work cross-functionally with marketing and operations to ensure seamless client experience.
