Job Summary:
Create, update, and manage product documentation. - Work with subject matter experts, Product Engineers/Leads to gather input and develop literature for Trane products. - Review project documents for completeness, format, and compliance with technical publication standards. - Manage workload and achieve results with minimum supervision. - Should have clear understanding of technical writing standards and principles. - Should have positive understanding of technical Illustration standards and principles. - Create technical illustrations required for product documentation. - Knowledge on Windchill/Teamcenter PLM is an added advantage. - Report on project status to Technical Publication Manager. - Meet short and long-term deadlines, while effectively meeting the needs of internal and external customers.

Required Skills
Experience working on DITA/XML based authoring tools such as Arbortext Editor, Xmetal, Oxygen Author etc. Experience on Adobe Indesign, Adobe Illustrator, CREO will be an advantage
