Job Description

We are hiring experienced specialists for the Accounts Receivable (O2C – Order Management) role.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) process, from order entry through fulfillment, delivery, and billing.
Create, update, and manage Sales Orders, Quotations, and Service Orders in SAP HANA.
Process and monitor customer orders accurately and within defined timelines.
Coordinate with internal teams and customers to resolve order-related issues and discrepancies.
Ensure timely order fulfillment, delivery, and billing.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to order processing.
Support AR-related activities and ensure process accuracy.




Follow defined processes and ensure adherence to quality and compliance standards.

Eligibility & Requirements
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Commerce, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in Sales Order Management, Order Management, or O2C.
Hands-on experience in GT/MT, eCommerce, or B2B Order Management.
Solid hands-on experience with SAP HANA ERP and SAP AR Module – Mandatory.
Positive understanding of the complete Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle.
Experience in Sales Order creation, modification, quotations, service orders, delivery, and billing.
Manufacturing industry experience will be an added advantage.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
