Role Summary

Owns end-to-end finance, accounting, treasury and compliance for the group, including customs &

logistic clearances oversight, inter-company transactions, fund management & allocation, and

providing strategic financial advice to Finance Head, the Managing Director and Directors for growth

and investment decisions.

Qualifications & Experience

● Qualified MBA (Finance), CA / CFA / CMA or equivalent with solid technical accounting &

tax grounding.

● 02–03+ years of progressive finance experience including P&L; ownership,



treasury, tax, and

cross-border transaction exposure.

● Hands-on experience with import/export accounting, customs duty treatment, GST & related

compliances. (Your team’s import/export processes are reflected in the Finance team file and

should work under this role).

● Robust exposure to intercompany accounting, transfer pricing, and related party transaction

governance.

● Proven experience in fund raising, treasury management and investor / bank interactions.

● Excellent stakeholder management skills and commercial acumen.
