Experience: 1 year+ (Field Sales)
Salary: Up to ₹30,000 + Incentive
Location: Rajkot

Key Responsibilities
Visit retail outlets, supermarkets, distributors, and potential customers to generate sales.
Develop and maintain robust relationships with existing and new clients.
Promote the company’s ice cream products and introduce new product offerings.
Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.
Generate new leads and convert them into customers.
Collect market feedback and monitor competitor activities.
Ensure timely order collection and coordinate with the dispatch team for deliveries.
Follow up on outstanding payments wherever required.
Maintain daily visit reports and sales records.
Represent the company professionally in the market.

Required Skills
Robust communication and negotiation skills.
Valuable interpersonal and customer relationship management skills.
Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
Ability to travel within the assigned territory.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
Problem-solving and time management skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
