Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
Manage end-to-end recruitment activities from manpower requisition to joining.
Understand manpower requirements from various departments and prepare recruitment plans.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, consultants, social media, and other channels.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Interview & Selection
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and department heads.
Conduct initial HR screening and evaluate candidates.
Schedule technical and managerial interviews.
Coordinate salary discussions, reference checks, and final selection.
Joining & Onboarding
Coordinate pre-joining formalities and documentation.
Prepare offer/appointment-related documents as per company process.
Ensure smooth onboarding and induction of recent employees.
Maintain proper recruitment and joining records.
Manpower Planning
Maintain an updated manpower requirement tracker.
Follow up with departments regarding open positions and recruitment status.
Monitor recruitment turnaround time and ensure positions are closed within the agreed timeline.
Talent Pipeline
Build and maintain a database of potential candidates for current and future requirements.
Develop talent pools for critical positions, especially in PEB, fabrication, engineering, production, project, quality, sales, and support functions.
MIS & Reporting
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly recruitment reports.
Track vacancies, sourcing, interviews, selections, offers, and joining status.
Maintain recruitment-related records and documentation.
Employee & Candidate Coordination
Maintain qualified communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
