Role: Talent Acquisition Intern

Location: Bangalore (Onsite)

Duration: 6 Months Internship (PPO / Full time opportunity based on performance)

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to support our hiring efforts across business and technology functions. This role offers hands-on exposure to the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, candidate engagement, interview coordination, employer branding, and stakeholder management. Key Responsibilities
Source and identify potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other sourcing channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate fit based on role requirements.
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers while ensuring a seamless candidate experience.




Maintain and update candidate databases, hiring trackers, and recruitment reports with accuracy.
Assist in posting job openings across various recruitment platforms and monitor application pipelines.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.
Support employer branding initiatives, campus hiring activities, and recruitment events.
Communicate regularly with candidates regarding interview status, feedback, and onboarding processes.
Collaborate with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to understand hiring needs and recruitment priorities.
Assist with offer rollouts, documentation, and onboarding coordination for selected candidates.
Learning & Exposure
Hands-on experience with the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
Exposure to sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, Naukri, and other hiring platforms.
