We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Tele Sales Executive to join our franchise sales team.

Experience

1–2 years minimum experience in Tele Sales / Telesales / Inside Sales
Candidates with experience in F&B;, Food Franchise, Hospitality, Retail or Franchise Sales will be preferred.Key Responsibilities
Generate and handle leads for Chai Waale franchise prospects.
Make outbound calls and explain the Chai Waale franchise business model.
Understand prospective franchisee requirements, investment capacity and location preferences.
Follow up with leads regularly and convert enquiries into franchise opportunities.
Maintain proper records of calls,



leads, follow-ups and conversions.
Coordinate with the Business Development team for site visits and franchise discussions.
Achieve monthly calling, lead-generation and sales-conversion targets.
Build a strong pipeline of prospective franchise partners.

Candidate Profile
1–2 years of experience in Tele Sales / Inside Sales.
F&B; or franchise sales experience will be an added advantage.
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Confident, energetic and target-oriented personality.
Positive follow-up and negotiation skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools.
Ability to handle multiple leads and maintain regular follow-ups.
